Three Major Classes (each class 2 to 2.5 hours in length cost $375 for non members, $325 for members.

  • Forms and the Petitions
    1. This class 2.5 hours in duration will cover each of the forms and the proper techniques to fill them.
  • The bankruptcy code, Courts and the Trustees
    1. Dealing with the Courts, how to prepare a bankruptcy.
    2. The United States Trustee's Office and you as a preparer.
  • Introduction to starting a business as a preparer.
    1. Advertising
    2. Location
    3. Software and quick tips
  • Each class includes a question and answer section. Each class can be review multiple times to aid in your understanding.
  • Review cases from real life experience. Let our members save you the mistakes.
  • What has been changed and how you can provide a better service.
  • Interview sample video to aid in streamlining your workflow.

    • PLEASE NOTE: The new online sessions are 2.5 hours in length. The master class is approximately 3 hour in length followed by a 45 min Q&A forum.

    Each class day will earn 3 hours continuing education credits. Advanced Classes include video workbook and certification certificate upon completion.

     
    Classes are  taught by trained practitioners and attorneys.  All class can be used towards your certification.
    All  live on site training seminars  include  lunch and all necessary workbooks. Computer and live instruction are available. Everything you need for a turn-key business of your own.
